Brand Strategy for PRUZAN , a UK-based female-founded running brand. I worked directly with the founders to shape a cohesive launch strategy across marketing, press, and wholesale, including collaborations and branded activations. We focused specifically on Pruzan’s unique positioning in the UK market, developing an audience strategy aimed at converting active women who practice pilates, yoga and other “fitness" girlies” — into runners, including first-time marathoners. As part of this, we designed a pop-up studio experience during the London Marathon, giving new runners a welcoming space with recovery practices like yoga, stretching, and guided support. The work translated Pruzan’s vision into a clear brand identity and experience that resonated with both dedicated and new runners.
